Anne Guglielmoni

Anne Guglielmoni, '15

Anne began her rugby career in the spring of 2012 after having spent her first freshman semester playing lacrosse. Blessed with great speed and athleticism, she made an immediate impact as a wing capable of finishing every opportunity. She earned the Rookie of the Year Award for her freshman season. Anne's athleticism and commitment to the game allowed her to move from the wing to both outside center and into the scrum as well. Her dedication and heart earned her the Coaches Award in 2013.

Anne was a natural leader who ultimately moved to the scrumhalf position where she utilized her quickness to make breaks from the base of the scrum. In 2014 she was recognized as both the most improved player and the back of the year.
Anne finished her career as a scrumhalf and is considered one of the best all-around women players in Fairfield Rugby history.
